The pediment-style cornice is finely carved with a scene of the Sacrifice of Abraham. Just beneath it runs a frieze depicting a bacchanal with Nereids, adding classical richness to the piece.<\/p>\n

The door panels illustrate major biblical episodes: the Creation of Man, the Creation of Animals, the Fall, and Adam and Eve\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Expelled from Paradise.<\/p>\n

Between these panels are carved scenes of Noah Entering the Ark and the Great Flood.<\/p>\n

The opposite side features the Blessing of Isaac by Abraham.<\/p>\n

The central stile is adorned with cascading fruit motifs, and the feet are shaped into flattened spheres.<\/p>\n
