Ils sont ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s au <em>punto tagliato<\/em> ou point coup\u00e9. Ce dernier n&rsquo;est pas une dentelle. Il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur un support pr\u00e9alable et permanent, la toile. On coupe celle-ci en autant d&rsquo;endroits que l&rsquo;on d\u00e9sire, pour obtenir des vides. On consolide les contours des ouvertures, ainsi r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un point surjet ou de boutonni\u00e8re. Ici les deux bords de ces ouvertures sont ensuite retenues par un point de chainette au fil d&rsquo;or.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er un vide qui appara\u00eet ici, est une id\u00e9e audacieuse promise \u00e0 un grand succ\u00e8s qui appara\u00eet au XVIe si\u00e8cle.
