Biography :

Jivko Stantchev Jeliazkhov, known as ‘JIVKO’, is a sculptor of Bulgarian origin, born in 1963 and naturalized French in 1996. Following prestigious studies at the Academy of Arts in Sofia, then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, and finally at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1990, the sculptor quickly began exhibiting his own creations.

His works, drawing on varied inspirations, take their source from mythology, animal sculpture, the world of his childhood, as well as emotions experienced in daily life. These prolific inspirations give rise to sculptures imbued with a strong sense of modernity, undeniably inviting reflection.
